1. Trial Access

  • Every new user receives 5 free credits upon login to explore and test the platform before purchasing a plan.
  • Since Dilogs operates as a B2B platform and does not offer public sign-ups, all clients access the platform only after demos or internal evaluations.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You can manage your account anytime through your Dilogs account dashboard or by contacting support@dilogs.com.
  • When contacting us via email, please include your account details and specify the plan you are inquiring about.
  • For credit-based plans, access remains active as long as you have valid credits.

3. Refund Policy

Dilogs does not offer refunds once a plan is activated.

All payments made for plans or credits are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Partially used plans
  • Unused or expired credits
  • Early cancellations

Refunds are only considered in rare cases of technical or billing errors, verified and approved by the Dilogs support team.
